Sir, I passed M.Sc. IT. I seen less jobs availability. Please suggest what I am to do. Can I do MCA, M.Tech or Phd.

M.Sc. or MCA or M.Tech. all are equivalent courses and already you have passed M.Sc. (IT), then don't do MCA or M.Tech.


Ph.D. is upgrade course then M.Sc. or MCA or M.Tech.

So you can do Ph.D. after M.Sc. (IT)

After Ph.D. you will be awarded by Doctaret degree and you will get a better job & handsome salary in any organisation.

After completing a masters degree it is always best if you go for doctrate.
..redoing another masters degree again won't increase your qualification..
so,its best if you go for a Ph.D..

Dont think That after M.Sc (IT) , there is less jobs, you can get better job opportunities with good packages, if u really think so, then i will suggest you todo M.Tech for better career options.

why do you want to go for master degree again???? go for Ph.D.... that is a better option.

There is No Need To Do MCA After Completing Your M.sc IT, Because After M.sc IT, You Can Not get Any Benefits.

So, I will Suggest You Either You Can Do P.hd OR Go for M.tech, Because After Completing M.sc IT, M.techAnd P.hd Is Best For You. So, Its Totally Your Personal And Own Decesion Whether You Can Opt M.tech Or Go With P.hd.

M.sc it is higher class qualification you can search job dont loose confidance if u realy think there are no jobs then go for ph d extra qualification is always beneficial

Since M.Sc IT is equivalent to your B.tech in Information technology hence its always better that you opt for M.tech.

But my suggestion is that its better that you join into Top Institutes like IIT's,NIT's or deemed Universities which is UGC approved,NBA accredited and which has got NAAC 'A' grade so that your job may come in handy.So,go through GATE exam and score well so that you get into the top Institutes.Some of the best Institutes offering M.tech course other than IIT's and NIT's are:-

Andhra University
Anna University
BITS Pilani
Osmania University
Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology
SRM Institute of Science and Technology
KIIT
Manipal Institute of Technology

If your interested in lectureship then its better you go through M.tech and later go through the Phd course and opt for lectureship through the UGC NET examination.

As you have done M.Sc.(IT) then doing MCA is not a good choice as it is masters degree having almost same value as your previous degree. You should go for Ph.D than M.Tech. as u already have done masters then its better for a degree of higher value. It will be more beneficial to prepare for Ph.D and get admission in some good college.

dear friend,
your subject is technical one.you should not get
distressed by job availabilities.
you can pursue many courses now,but the best choice for you
is to go for either integrated M.phil Ph.D or M.phil as integrated
corses are rarely available.However you are not eligible for M.Tech
because it is meant for Engineers after Bachelors.

MCA or M.Tech are not even an option for you... c'mon you are A post graduate in IT...you are qualified for all the jobs that they can get... i would suggest dont be hopeless and try harder for job but maintain patience... you'll get it.
If you wana spend 4 years around for phd then you can go for phd.
It is best for an education career.
but you can still try teaching so why bother so much.. unless u want to be an University prof.
Another option you have is to go for management you'll get nice placements if you get into a good college.
SO your options are PHD/MBA

in my opinion, m.tech will be more helpful to you. now a days there are a lot of good jobs available for m.tech students in comparision to MCA. doing phd is also good but m.tech will be the best.

m.sc is an post graduation and i don't see any good point in doing again an post graduation course if you you already have an degree,it will be an waste of your precious two years ,
the best option would be to do an ph.d and go for job either in research field or teaching line ,if you are able to do an phd from an good college like iit your salary and respect in the society will be really good

you said that you have completed m.sc you can study m.tech for more jobs.

Being an M.Sc(IT) ,you should have get satisfactory jobs, but still at this point you can make your career better by doing M.Tech rather than anything else.

Apply for jobs online and offline both ways. I am sure you will get some kind of worthy job. Please keep trying.

since you have done your post graduation course I would suggest you to go for a Phd, as it a doctoral program.
and MCA and M.tech will not help you.

It is depend on your interest and on your aim that what you want to became if you want be in technical field then you can go for M.Tech and if you want to be in educational field then you can do Phd and i think MCA is not a better option it is better for BCA students so go for in which you have interest

I have done MCA from MDU rohtek, what i tried my for regular phd course, but i m not get success, But some University center , just like sighania university , and some other, where u get admission easily, is it valid by UGC

Hi everyone...i am a 2 student, writing my board exams..i used to score good marks in maths and computer science, but not in physics and chemistry..i am good in english also...i dont think i'l get admsn for Btech in a good college...so,i want to do BCA and then MCA...is it a good option?will i have a good career?
