Yes, master’s degree is the basic qualification for teaching profession. MCA/M.Tech holders can join as Lecturer in engineering colleges. Such candidates should qualify NET to have a permanent job position in government colleges. Ph.D holders can also try for Asst Professor jobs in colleges. They can expect UGC scale salary packages also.
