I have done my B.Com and MFM.However ,I changed my line completely into teaching and training students on Soft Skills and Business Communication.To strengthen my career prospects,I did CELTA(Certificate in English Language Teaching for Adults)- A University of Cambridge certified ESOL qualification.

Am I eligible to do my PHD in ELT or in any other area of Soft Skills?

You can do Ph.D based on your masters degree. You need to have at least 55% marks in masters degree from a recognized university to become eligible for Ph.D admission entrance exam.

Just make sure that you apply for admission based on your masters degree. You can't study a subject for research, if you haven't got a masters degree in it.
