hii.. i have finished my B.E-Biomedical Engineering.. now i wish to pursue my higher studies.. which would be the better choice? ME or MBA ?
if s then suggest me institutions for both ME and MBA in and around tamilnadu.

will MBA-hospital managmnt in ramachandra university would be better?
also please send me the syllabus for the entrance for the same..

Dear if want to addict with the specified subjects and want to research or want to go to deep you must do M.B.A to increase you knowledge,but if you build your carrier in buisness line you can do M.B.A both are helpful have it own importance at their places,so now you choose

Since already you have completed BE in Biomedcial technology, I would suggest you to go for MBA in Hospital Management. Some Institutes offer MBA course with placement.

Regarding Sri Ramachandra college of Management, it is accredited with Harvard Medical International Association. is a deemed university.

Entrance exam is conducted on 6.6.2010 for Hospital Management.
Total No.of seats:30
Fee structure: Rs.75,000
Course Duration: 2 years

Syllabus for entrance exam will be multiple choice question based on your subject.

Yes after b.e you decided to go for mba with hospital management is a good option for you and this is a good field and have lots of opportunity

Hospital Management is a Tough job, every good hospital requires to run 24 hours with less cost, which requires skilled professional with managerial, Medicinal and Technological skills and after completing your BE (Biomedical Engineering) no doubt you are going well.

After acquiring that degree, you may offer Hospital Administrator, Hospital Manager like jobs.

And Ramchandra University is one of the best place to study it.

However, some institute like Madhurai Kamraj University offers 2 year MD in (Hospital Adminiatration) which is also for same purpose. But dont worry you are aslso going right.

Both are different courses so you should chose the one according to your interest. MBA is business related while ME is totally related to ur engineering.

If you still have the zeal to study engineering further. Then go for ME otherwise MBA is also a great choice.

and try to get MBA into top institutes as the rank of institute also matters.

otherwise if you can crack the GATE ,
thenonly you should do me , since with biomedicalthere is not more scope,without doing me in good colleges so just try for iitjee.

I suggest that you must go for ME because these days everyone interested for mba, so therefore the huge competition are there.
But if you do ME you will become specialist in the biomedical field and ultimately you will get good job.

So the choice is totally dependent on you. So select the better one for your bright career.

Well, you have decided right to opt for Hospital Managment.

As for eligibility criteria yes there is standard one which is 50% aggregate including all semesters.

But some good Institutes even demands 60% as there miniumu requirement but dont worry, maximum has set there requirement to 50% that's why it is knownw as standard requirement.

Let the know the name of Institute of your choice so that I can fetch few more details regading it.

elligibility:
70% marks in b.tech overall in four years.

ist choice is M.E in biomedical engineering;after doing a M.E in your field you can work in many reputed companies as a biomedical engineer
also you can go for a lecturershiop in your field

2nd choice is MBA

then it will be better to do ME course with rauted college.

otherwise you can do MBA.
ramachandra medical university be a choice for u but there are many raputed college in india u can also take admission in them

If you are interested in hospital management then you should definitely go for it....percentage required are minimum 50% in graduation if you belong to general category and 45% if you belong to reserved category....In Fms delhi the criteria is 60%(general) and 55%(reserved).....

i'm an BME and working in a medical college...so i suggest you better get experience in this field rather dan going for ME coz.. i doesn't make much difference n experience counts alot.. belive me..if u r planing 2 work in INDIA.. B-Tech/BE in BME is more dan enough....
nw if u really want 2 go for higher studies go for MBA.. u have better scope..
