Re: Medical courses after BSc?
There are different Diploma/Certificate Medical Technology/Technician's courses, training programs and other allied medical courses available for graduates. The combined training programme (Radiotherapy and Radiodiagnosis), the 2 years full time programme conducted by the Tata Memorial Centre,Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai-400012 is one such course. For more information on similar courses visit the site http://www.123oye.com/career-fields/medical-technologists.htm
Courses in clinical research are good options, as CR is one of the emerging fields. In India, the best clinical research courses are offered by ICRI and CREMA. |

Options are many... think on ur interest.. and about sponsership.. i think for that u need to work in some company as far as i know.. than onli they sponser... There are multitude of companies that are accepting B.Sc(IT) candidates. PCS, Wipro, L&T Infotech, Capgemini etc. to name a few. But to tell you from my personal experience, better opt for M.Sc. or MBA. Companies do take B.SC grads, but in majority of cases, they ask you to sign a bond for 2 or more years, ask you to do a BITS Pilani MS (Which is a 4 years charade, that means you are stuck with that company for 4 years, as you can not continue MS if you leave the company). and do not offer good appraisals. It becomes a problem for switching since, every company wants a post grad. You can always opt for a part-time MBA, while working. If i'm not wrong, even M.Sc(IT) by Mumbai Un. is available with evening lectures....but am not very sure abt tat. Ohh...another imp thing....If you wanna ensure that you do end up with a job after B.Sc, make sure that your aggregate for all 3 years is better than 60%, and b prepared to face a few aptitude exams, thats the first round for all campus int.... Re: Medical courses after BSc?
hi friend,
Since you are a science graduate of biology stream , you can not enroll in medical graduation on the basis of this BSc. If you really want to be doctor then you only take entrance exams on the basis of your 12th class not BSc. Now you can try only for MSc course so as to be in medical line . To get into a new course you can enroll yourself into MSc in Clinical research and MSc in Clinical Research Management. Apart from this you are also eligible for Post graduate diploma course in clinical research. It is new medical course into which admission is carried out through written test and personal interview. Get the latest updates as: http://www.icriindia.com/admissionprocedure.htm |
