I would like to know whether Methodist College of Engineering & Technology, Stanley College of Engineering & Technology for Women, situated at Hyderabad, A.P., India are approved and affiliated with AICTE or not.

Yes, Methodist College of Engineering and Technology and Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women are approved by AICTE and the both are among the few colleges to be affiliated to Osmania University.
