I want to know whether in a merit for selection of a candidate appearing in any Medical enterance exam, his marks in intermediate are taken care of as the case in IIT exams or not

I am fed up with my life nd i want to die bt worry abt my parents..... They spend a lot on me nd i cant give them a doctor of me 2 days from now for aipmt nd i am blanked out totally i seriusly need sm counselling sm professional counselling can anybdy plz help me
