IAS exam is conducted by UPSC in once time in year through Civil Service Exam.So you must attend in CSAT exam.

Those candidate have completed graduation degree or final year of graduation degree from recognized board are applicable for IAS exam.But your age should be in between 22 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. for OBC candidate it is 7 times and for general candidate it is 5 times.

IAS examination was conducted by UPSC every year. The examination are held in 2 stages - Preliminery exam and Main exam. The Preliminery exam are consist of 2 paper of equal marks. I have again question that recently I have read that the age should be more than 21 years and 4 tries are allowed sir please give me right conditions for that.

please reply me I am teacher.mai t.y b.a ki exam 2013 april ko dene vala hu aur abi se IAS ki tayari ki ummid hai taiyari krna chahta hu to muje uski taiyari ki suruaat kaise krni chahiye.very usefull book for prilim and main and inter.,.so please muje un book ka nam aur pata btaye.dusri bat ki classis ke bina kya exaw pas hoti hai?
