AIPMT is All India Pre Medical/Dental Entrance Examination. Science students can get admission in the medical or dental course after clearing this exam. This has 2 exams Preliminary exam and the main exam. In the preliminary exam the students have to answer 120 questions in the 3 hour time duration. All the questions are of objective type and are of the physics, chemistry and biology. After clearing the preliminary exam the student can become eligible for the main examination. The main examination also has one question paper of objective type and the time duration is 3 hours. The questions are on physics, chemistry and biology.
