To be considered eligible for BITS, Hyderabad, you will need to crack BITSAT.
BITSAT is an entrance exam conducted by the institute for admission in the integrated first degree programs offered by it.
To be eligible for the test, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• You must have passed +2 with the subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
  
• The minimum marks you must have secured is 75% in aggregate and 60% in each of the major subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

The cutoffs for BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus are bound to shoot up as it has surpassed the projected development plans and currently holds multi crore research grants acquired this very year and also signed multiple contracts with the Govt for state-of the art tech development and cutting edge research labs!! Plus extremely good placement scenario esp for CS/IS/ECE/EEE/BPharm students with avg package for eg of CS Dept is 7 lakhs!!
something around 310-320 will be very safe
