Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is an entry Stage test for Chartered Accountancy Course.

THE exam pattern consists of 4 hours of two papers and each of 2 hours..

Syllabus

session I

Section A consists of Fundamental of Accounting of 60 marks

Section B consists of Mercentalie Law of 40 marks.

session II

Section A consists of General Economics of 50 marks

Section B consists of Quantitative of 50 marks.

you need to get at least 55% in overall session and 30% in each subject......to crack cpt..

there is no hard and fast rule that you have to secure a certain percent but to secure a all india rank you should atleast score 75-80percent marks....in cpt then you will be provided with a all india rank....thank you...best of luck

you have to score 55%
overall marks in CPT TEST
it consist of two stage and you have to get 33%
in each stage.

pl tell me about my rank in all india. i got 138 marks in cacpt results on 19th july 2011.

i have got 143 marks in cpt exam.what is my all india rank?

There are two stage in CPT exam-

session I

session II

you have to scored minimum 30% marks in these two paper and overall 55% marks.

For good college you hhave to scored 60-705 marks overall.with these marks you can get best college.

CPT is best exam for CA admission.you have to score maximum marks for best college.

You should get 55% in overall.
