Yes you can join ISRO definitely.

The initial salary in ISRO will be as follows:

Basic: Rs. 21000
DA: 90% of basic
HRA: depending on city, 10 to 30% of basic
Transport allowance: depending on city, Rs. 4000 to 6000

Total take home salary: Rs. 46000
