Did you mean Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET), notification of the exam usually come out in the month of November and exam are held in the month of February. So it is advisable to you to visit the official page of HTET in the month of October- November 2015 http://htet.nic.in/htetapp/Welcome.aspx and also if possible do check local newspaper for information.

STET is conducted by Haryana board in the month of June or July 2015.
