I have completed LLB in regular mode and MBA in distance mode between 2007 to 2010 in same session. Is my both degrees valid at the same time or not as per UGC regulation or indian education act ?

Both of your degrees are valid and both have the same importance and value, as a normal degree.

The UGC or University Grants Commission passed the law in July, 2013 which allowed the students to have simultaneous degrees. The apex higher education regulator, at a meeting on July 31, accepted the expert panel's recommendations on permitting pursuit of an additional degree program.

Therefore, with this new law, students are allowed to enroll in a regular full-time degree program and can also pursue one more additional degree program simultaneously on open/distance learning mode from a different or the same university/institution.

No such regulations are there from UGC. Students can study two different degrees at a time - one degree from regular mode and other degree from distance mode.

So, you don't need to bother about this. Your both the degrees are valid and acceptable.

For whatever the you go, you can say the same thing. No one will object this. Infact, they will recognize your efforts to complete to degrees at a time.

Surely, you might have faced so many problems in completing two degrees at a time.

Sir can I do llb in regular and mba in distance at sametime . In different universities

in 2010 i completed mba from distance education,llb 2009-2012 can i get convocation for both degrees
