No it is not necessary to go private for B.COM, there is no such written rule that you need to go for B.COM in private colleges. You can study B.COM easily through any government college or institutions. Mostly B.COM is taught in government colleges only funded by government in general degree courses college, you can apply those colleges.

The admission takes place on the basis of marks scored in intermediate, the selection is done on the basis of marks scored in intermediate, best of five subjects are considered as selection criteria.
