Can it be possible for a engineering graduate to take part in the NET exam?

For your information:
If you are interested To Appear In CSIR NET Examination, Then You Must have a M.Sc. or equivalent degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks And the final year Students of M.Sc. are also eligible to appear in CSIR NET exams.

NET exam is for the lecturership.But as an engineering student dreams about to become an engineer so this is a contradictory for HIM.But If you have a post graduation degree in any one of the subjects like computer science,electronic science,environmental science etc with at least 55% marks in it then you can appear in the NET exam.For more details visit to-

Dear friend,

Graduate person are not eligible for NET exam.

After Master degree , you are eligible for NET exam but your degree must be from UGC approved university.

Those candidate have completd masters degree from recogniged university are eligible for NET exam.

For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

Part time course are not eligible for NET exam.

For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years.

For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years.

NET exam is conduct because of govt college lecturer and PHD entrance.

Hello friend, NET stands for national eligibility test. That have some eligibility criteria. Educational qualification is master degree graduation in any stream from any recognized university with 55% marks. The upper age limit for this exam is 33years. So, now you do any master degree and then apply net. Final year PG students are also eligible. Best of luck

hy,

there is no clear answer for any CIVIL Engineering graduate to take up the NET.. as the topics of the syllabus doesn't cover for Civil engineering.. isn't it wierd

BE, B.Tech or equivalent in engineering with at least 55% marks for general/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST can go for NET

Sorry to say you are not eligible for NET Exam.

If you are interested to write net exam then you will have to complete Post graduate degree with 55% marks from recognise university. After that you can appear in net exam.

NET exam conduct by UGC every year two time for jrf and lecturership in month of june and december.

To sit in this exam age is 28 year for jrf and there is no upper age limit for lecturership.

HELLO DEAR


NET stands for National Eligibility Test which is conduct twice time in year by UGC.This test conduct for lectureship , PHD and JRF .

Those candidate have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam but their is also some marks criteria.

For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55% above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years.

For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years.There is no restriction for attempts NET exam.

NEW PATTERN FOR NET EXAM

For Paper I-

It's has 60 Question.Out of 60 Question , you can answered 50 Question.Total marks of this paper is 100 marks.The time duration for this session is 1¼ Hours (09.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m.)

For Paper II-

It has 50 question.All Question are compulsory . Total marks of this paper is 100 marks.The time duration for this session is 1¼ Hours (10.45 a.m. to 12.00 Noon.)

For Paper III-

It has 75 question.All Question are compulsory . Total marks of this paper is 150 marks.The time duration for this session is 2½ Hours (01.30 p.m. to 04.00 p.m.)

National eligibility test.

Educational qualification
