AIPMT EXAM:

(i)15% seats are reserved for general candidates
(ii)15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, (iii) 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates, (iv) 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC candidates in Central Educational Institutions only as per Honrable Supreme Court order dated 10.04.2008. (iv) 3% seats are reserved on horizantal basis for PH candidates. The reservation will be made as per 2200 point reservation roster.The mode of implementation of reservation will be available on DGHS website-www.mohfw.nic.in. NOTE: (a)The Pre-medical course may be conducted either at a Medical College or at a Science College. (b)After the 10+2 course is introduced the integrated courses be abolished. (c)Marks obtained in Mathematics are not to be considered for admission to M.B.B.S. Course. (d)No State eligibility criteria will be applicable to the students who take admission under 15% All India Quota Scheme. |

see it's totally depend upon the year,in generally 15 to 20 % seats are reserved for SC/ST 5 to 10 % are for General. good luck. |

There are about 33% seats reserved for General Category.
15% seats for SC candidates, 7.5% seats for ST candidates, 27% seats for non-creamy layer OBC candidates in Central Institutions only 3% seats on horizontal basis for Physically Handicapped candidates are reserved in 15% All India Quota for MBBS/BDS courses. General class seats in AIPMT is near about 2500-2600. In each state 15% seat is for general candidates rest 85% is reserved for state wise candidates.

Reservation will be made as per following details in All India Quota : 15% Seats are reserved for Schedule Caste Candidates, 7.5% Seats are reserved for Schedule Tribes Candidates, 27% Seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC Candidates, 3% Seats are reserved on horizantal basis for PH Candidates. Eligibility Criteria :- The candidate has completed age of 17 yrs at the time of admission. The candidate should have a complete 12th from a recognized board or equivalent examination.
