The study programmes leading to Master of Science/Master of Science (Tech.) and Master of Computer Applications degrees of the University shall be conducted by the constituent Departments/Schools of the Faculty and shall be of the duration of 4 semesters for M.Sc. and 6 semesters for M.Sc.(Tech.) and M.C.A.. M.Sc. in Bioinformatics will be run at MMV.

15% Seats is reserved for Scheduled Caste and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe

5% supernumerary seats is reserved for the sons/ daughters of
permanent employees

3% seats is reserved for PC

As From source there are only 24 seats in BHU and above Reservation will be applied to these seats.
