cs and icwa both are good ..but cs is more theoretical and icwa is theory + practical !!!! so if you want to gain practical knowledge ...go 4 icwa !!!
after doing cs ..u hav job oppurtunities in financial management , taxation , implementing business intellegence systems etc.. al d best... |

In Between CS and ICWA ,if you want work in india the scope of icwa will be high than CS.
You know last few year the demand of CS is decrease. If you want to work in abroad then CS is less than ICWA. Good buy. |

If you want to go abroad, then then best choice is to go for ICWAI, because it has some MoUs with different foreign universities/Boards. Keep in mind that a foreign job always look for professional qualification of a canditate which has more affiliations in their country. Eg; ICWA has its own country related afiliations such as CIMA,UK and IMA, US.
A final passed ICWAI candidate can go for CIMA or IMA certification with lesser efforts |

icwai has no connection with maths.IT is commerce oriented .the practical papers are accounts and tax laws......which has no connection with maths
