Firstly, I have to Inform you that both are different examinations. If you are Interested to take admission in Engineering courses then AIEEE is the way to get admission in top Colleges and If your aim is to join Defence then You can apply for NDA Examination.

You can apply for Both these examination after completing your 12Th examination form a recognised Board, AIEEE Online Registration was already started and the last date of apply for this examination is 31/Dec/2011, So if you are interested, Then please fill the Online application form soon before the last date.

But for NDA you have to wait for the Notification, the Notification will be Published soon in the Month of December i.e on 31/Dec/2011.

To apply for NDA Examination you have to complete your 12Th examination and Your age should between 16.5 to 19 Years. You can fill the NDA Application form Online Only by visit the official website of UPSC, So please wait for the Notification and then apply.

Eligibility for AIEEE exam:-

1.Candidate must have complete the 12th in science field having
physics, chemistry and maths.

2.Candidate must have secure 50% aggregate in 12th.

3.Candidate must be citizen of India.

4.Age should not be more than 21years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM

Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:-

1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC.

2)Personal Interview.

If you have completed your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects, then you are eligible for Naval Wings of NDA,
otherwise
you have to apply for Army Wings.



If you want to study you can apply in the AIEEE.

If you want to study plus want to have salary than apply for NDA.

First I have to inform you that both are different examinations.

AIEEE :- All India Engineering Entrance Examination

NDA :- National Defence Academy Examination.

If you are interested in Engineering,then you have to apply for AIEEE examination or if you are interested in Defences services,then you need to apply for National Defence Academy examination.Both are different examination and don't confuse yourself.

To apply for AIEEE,you have to passed 12th examination with physics,chemistry,mathematics from a recognized School and those who are pursing in the 12th examination may also apply for this examination.AIEEE notification was already out and online registration was also already started.

Last date for receipt of online application :- 31/12/11 and the examination will be held on April and May.So,if you are interested,then fill the online application before closing the dated application.

For your information NDA and AIEEE is different streams.
If you are interested in Army then apply for NDA exam and If you are interested in Engineering then Apply for AIEEE .

AIEEE :
1. First of complete your 12th .
2. Application forms are started so fill online examination registration forms.
3. Last date is 31-12-2011.

its totally depends on your area of interests.if you are really want to join in deffence then you have to apply for NDA exam.but if you want to do higher studies like b.tech/be then you can apply for AIEEE exam.but i think its your decission so you have to take any one choice.NDA and AIEEE exams are totally different from each other.
For NDA exam you should have atleast 50% marks in class 10th to 12th.
For AIEEE exam you should have science in class 12th.(physics,chemistry,mathematics or biology)

AIEEE is the All India Engineering Entrance Examination and it is one of the largest exams taking place in our country.
Largest in the sense, the maximum number of students apply for this exam.

It is organized and conducted every year by the CBSE to select candidates for the various engineering streams in different colleges all across India.

The course for this exam is the whole syllabus which is taught to the Science PCM students in the 11th and 12th.

If you get selected, then you would study some stream of engineering for the next 4 years.

NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. It is also an All India Entrance Examination but with a different motive.

It is conducted by the UPSC every year to select eligible and appropriate candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wings.

Anybody who is a 12th pass from a recognized board and whose age lies within 16.5 to 19 years is eligible.

If you get selected in this, then after a years training you would be employed in Indian Defense.


So now the information of both are mentioned above.

==> The AIEEE is an education related entrance, whereas the NDA is employment related entrance.

Now it depends, whether you want to continue with your studies in civil and do Engineering, or you want to get employed in Army.

If you get into the Army, then also you can later on do engineering at the expenses of the Indian govt.

So the decision lies with you.
