periyaar university conducting one sitting degree course ,those who discontinue the degree,is it having having UGC approval and is it validity in the govt departments

i've done my sslc & dip. in cs in karnataka & i've completed my BCA through correspondence degree one sitting in periyar distant education,is that valid to apply for govt. jobs in karnataka,as degree holder.

I HAD COMPLETED MY DIPLOMA IN TAMILNADU & WANT TO COMPLETE B TECH FROM VINAYAKA MISSION OR PRIST UNIVERSITY
