Is one year online MBA valid to apply for UPSC exam?
I have completed online MBA which was of one year duration. Now, am I eligible to apply for UPSC exam? As I heard my friends saying that I'm not eligible. Please, clarify.

UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission.
The eligibility criteria for this is candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate age must be 21 to 32 years. Final year candidate are also eligible. Relaxation are available for reserved category. So, yes you are eligible to apply for UPSC exam. There are many examination conducted by UPSC and eligibility criteria varies with examination.
So, I am not able to help if you will not give the examination for which you want to get detail. But one year MBA course will not be not considered as master degree qualification and not eligible to appear in the examination on the basis of qualification. UPSC refers to Union Public Service Commission and UPSC examination is usually used to refer to the Civil Services examination held by UPSC once every year for recruitment of administrative officers.
The minimum education required for appearing in the Civil Services examination is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So, you do not have to be worried about the validity of your one year MBA degree course i.e; master degree if you hold a valid bachelor degree from a recognized university. Examination conducted by UPSC are :-
CDS - Bachelor degree. Civil Service Examination - Bachelor degree. CAPF AC - Bachelor degree. So, you are eligible to appear in the above mentioned examination for information regarding any other examination visit at official website or give us detail. |

For most of the examination other than core examination such as Forest Service, Medical service etc. the common eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Age limit is 21-30 years. One year online MBA has nothing to with UPSC exams. If you are graduate, you can apply for UPSC exam. |

Your post graduation qualification is of no relevance for this exam.
Graduates with passing percentage of marks can apply for this examination. The age criteria is 21-32 years. |
