Navodaya Vidhalaya Samiti exam is conducted for the recruitment of candidates for post of Trained Graduate Teachers and Post Graduate Teachers.

Examination Pattern :

Written exam will consist of objective type questions. Total marks of exam are 200.
Time Allotted is 150 minutes.

Marks distribution is as follow :

• General English : 20
• General Hindi : 20
• General Intelligence,Numerical Ability and Reasoning : 30
• General Awareness : 30
• Teaching Aptitude : 20
• Subject Specific Question : 80
• Total Marks : 200

There is negative marking also of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
