Hi

PSU's stands for the Public Sector Undertaking companies. These are basically companies which function under the government of India and so they provide good salaries, and other benefits. Hence a lot of people want to get recruited in these companies.

The top PSU's in India are : NTPC, NHPC, BHEL, SAIL, ONGC, ISRO, etc..

So the Eligibility Criteria to get admission in the PSU's is that a candidate should be a minimum graduate in B.E/B.Tech from a recognized college or university.
As such there is no eligibility percentage which is specified in any of the recruitment notices.

So a candidate should be a successful pass in all the subjects and that there should not be any backlogs in any of the papers. So he/she is eligible to apply for the GATE exam through which the recruitment procedure can be done.

If you want to get recruited, then you have to work hard in your graduation either in B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Pharmacy. Only these are allowed.

However even on cracking GATE, you will have to go through the Personal Interview. There you will be asked about your 10th, 12th marks and so it have good marks you will be impressive.

Hope this helps

All the best
