hai,
It is not the colleges which provide u the PhD programme but the universities, where by u have to register your self for the programme when the university notifies the same. Once u register for it, then if the college has got the sufficient infrastructure to pursue your research activities then u can proceed from the same college, provided that college is recognized by the university as its study center. There are some autonomous Institutions like IIT's and NIT's where u can join them for pursuing the PhD programme when the notify the same for admission through leading news papers. |
