Actually I have completed my 10th and I have completed my Inter 1st year with BiPC subject combination but I want to go with MPC subject combination. So, is it possible to switch my stream now? Or, is it possible to opt for MBiPC subject combination in 12th without studying 11th again?

11th and 12th standard are crucial stages that must be covered by student whether he/she is studying in any Board of Secondary Education.

Even Board will also not allow you to take Mathematics in 12th standard as you hadn't taken it in 11th standard. In this case, you have following options left with you:

• Continue with BiPC stream in 12th standard.
  Or
• Repeat 11th standard with your desired stream i.e. MBiPC subject combination.

However, if there was concern regarding optional subjects, then you can change after studying 11th standard. But Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology counts among primary subjects which you have to study for 11th and 12th standards.

Yes it can be possible but the board,colleges has its rules and norms which one has to follow.
I would suggest you to approach to the class teacher or the management and then proceed once you get the clarity
