Possibility to write the improvement exams in B.A after a gap of 16 years?

Sir, I have done B.A in 2003 and I got only 45%. So, please tell me is there any chance for writing improvement papers in B.A as its been almost 16 years as of now?

Having completed your B.A. degree course in 2003, you are not eligible for reappearing in the papers of same degree course now after 16 years to improve your marks as a candidate is allowed to appear in the improvement examination or supplementary examination either to improve their marks or clear backlogs if any within a period of six years from the date of first enrollment to the same degree course which has clearly exceeded in your case.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
