Is it possible to change my subject from Arts to Commerce after completion of 12th in Aurangabad, Maharashtra? Can someone please give me the complete information on the same? Awaiting to get the answer soon on the same. Thank you!

Yes, of course you can change your stream from arts to commerce. But commerce is a very tough subject. You should change your stream to commerce only if you are good and interested maths. Thanks
