I was completed the B.com course, i am an average student . It is possible to do CA or CS course. Which one is better, i am studied in Kannada medium.

Yes it is possible to pursue CA or CS Course even you are from Kannada medium, but more hardwork required for it.
CA and CS course are available in English and Hindi medium...so you can opt for English medium it will be convenient for you.
For CA or CS, minimum qualification required is completion of class 12th, since you have completed B.com you are eligible for the course.
You can pursue both the course together, as per my opinion CA is way better than CS in terms of employment opportunities. All the best.

you can do it by proper planning, like join any good tutor who can able to teach you in your mother tongue/ language,, so that you can grasp the subject quickly and present it in the exam.
