Is it possible for a physically handicap candidate to study Law from IGNOU?
Sir, I have been granted graduate degree from Netaji Open university in History honors. My score was 53%. I belong to Schedule Caste category and I'm physically handicap. I want to study law now. Can I study law via distance mode of education? If yes, then how can I apply for Law course from IGNOU?
