I have two colleagues who are Physically handicap One visually handicap Blind 1005 another orthopedic ally handicap 70 %. they get certain previleges from govt of India Kindly tell in detail about these benefits.

Why Govt of J and K does not provide reservation to handcapped in promotions

I am a scale I officer in a Nationalised Bank since 2012. My age is 56 years 7 Months posted at a rural Branch.I have Nil vision in my left eye. My right leg is shorter than my left leg. My lumbar Lordosis is lost. Now my question is whether I will get PH certificate. And if so whether I will be transferred to my home zone immediately. I am Nishan Barot from Kalol, Gujarat. I have 90% of disability but I can understand and learn well. Recently I am doing TY BCA. I want to give GPSC exam after bca. So, I want to know in details that "Can I Able to give GPSC exam with 90% of disability?" If I can than please tell me that "which type of job i can do after GPSC exam?"

There are many benefits given to the physically handicapped government employees. Some of them are mentioned below.

- Extra leaves for disabled employees. If the candidate have taken leaves for 10 days they'll be considered as causal leaves.
- Extra allowances are given for women. If they have children then they can take care of your children up to 2 years.
- Special reservation in promotions, entrance exams and in many places.
- Relaxation and concessions of fees and eligibility requirements is given for disabled candidates.
- Transportation and convenience allowances.
