I'm final year BDS student of MS Ramaiyah college, I want to complete by internship from central government colleges in India. can you please tell me the availability and procedure to apply for internship in those institutes.

You need to apply to the dean of that particular college to work as an 'extern' [as opposed to intern who works in his/her own college]. There are no fixed amount of seats. It is at the sole discrimination of the dean of the college. You need to attach xerox copies of final year B.D.S. mark sheet and passing certificate along with your application. There is a minimum fee charged by the college per month to allow one to work as an extern.

you will have to send cover letter with resume. and one more letter issued by college with reference.
