and the procedure to apply for the internship?

Visit www.iisc.ernet.in, there you can find faculty lists and their profiles . In the profiles observe their current research areas,if you are interested in that particular area then send him a mail with your resume and request letter.If they like they will give you the reply,then you can directly join under that professor.
