Hi Sir, I am studying in 12th standard with Humanities stream. I want to apply and become a Soldier in BSF. I would like to know about the procedure through which I can become a Soldier in BSF. Can you please let me know about the procedure? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Being a Class 12th passed candidate, as per your educational qualification, you are eligible for joining BSF ( Border Security Forces ) as a Constable only.

Apart from educational qualification, your age need to lie in between 18 years to 23 years. Also, you must hold the physical fitness as per the service requirement norms.

As my brother is in BSF so I thought I am worthful to answer this. You have completed 12th in humanities, so let me inform you that you are eligible for the BSF soldier but not for the officer post. But yes you can look for the constable.
For that, the method of selection is-(1)Preliminary screening and physical measurement.

(3)physical efficiency test
(4)Written test
(5)Interview
(6)Medical examination
(7)Merit list
