I would like to do M Phil in Sociology from IGNOU .Please could you give me details regarding this .

Eligibility for Admission:-

50% Marks at Master's Degree in relevant subject for open category.
45% marks at master Degree in relevant subject for reserved Category.

Duration of the Course:-

Full Time Course:- Full time M.Phil course shall be 12 months

Vacational Course:- Vacational M.Phil courses shall be extend over a period of 24 months

IGNOU offers Doctorate of Philosophy in Sociology (Ph. D.) by distance mode.

The course can be completed between two and five years and the course fee is Rs. 14,000/-.
