Hi, I have done B.com(H) from D.U. and MBA from SMU(DE). I want to do mphil in commerce and phd from OPEN university. Please tell me if I'm eligible for PHD. Also, tell me the name of good open universities other than IGNOU for mphil and phd.

I have done my M.phil in zoology with 78 per cent of marks.i am working in education dept. now I would like to pursue my PhD. in Education. on Distance mode only.I am in Hyd. pls guide me the universities providing the same .It is urgent need fr me.
