NIFT : National Institute of Fashion Technology.

It offers various courses in Bachelor degree and In Master Degree, And If you have completed your Post graduation, then you are eligible to apply for Master degree programme in NIFT.

NIFT Offers these Course in Master Programmes -


>> M.Des (Master of Design)

>> M.F.M (Master of Fashion Management)

>> M.FTech (Master of Fashion Technology).

The eligibility Criteria are vary form course to course.

For M.Des (Master of Design) Course - You have to complete your Graduation degree from a recognized University in any discipline OR completed his B.A. (Fine Arts) course OR B.Arch course.

For M.F.M. (Master of Fashion Management) - You have to complete your 3 Years Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized Indian Universities OR you have completed your Diploma in Accessory / Fashion Design / FIT from NIFT only.

For M.FTech. (Master of Fashion Technology) - You Have to complete your B.E. / B.Tech course form a recognised University.

The admission in NIFT are based on Entrance examination and you can take the entrance examination for any number of times and for Post graduate programmes there is no age limit.

Fees Structure -

>> Tuition Fee - Rs 50,000 (Non-Refundable)

>> Security Deposit - Rs 5,000 (One Time) (Refundable)

>> Alumni Association Member Ship Fee - Rs. 2,500 (One Time)
(Non Refundable)

>> Library Fee - Rs 3,000 (Per Year) (Non-Refundable)

>> Medi-claim & Student Development Fee - Rs. 1,250 (Per Year)
(Non-Refundable)


Total Fess - Rs 61,750 (Per Semester).

Entrance Test Includes -

>> GAT (General Ability Test)

>> CAT (Creative Ability Test)

>> GD (Group Discussion)

>> Interview.

The Notification of NIFT Examination was Published in the Month of November and the examination was Generally conducted in the Month of February.
