i have done my diploma in mechanical engg. then what is proceedure for my letraly entry in manipal university for btech?

You can definitely apply for B.Tech course through the lateral entry scheme after completing diploma in engineering. You should complete diploma from an institute recognized by the Board of Technical examination in the respective state to apply for B.Tech in Manipal University. An aggregate of 60% marks in diploma level is necessary to apply for this course. The selection process will include a common entrance examination. Your selection for the B.Tech course will be based on the score you secure in entrance examination.
