If I get 26.66 in gate 2011 in CS what rank can I expect?In which colleges I can get seat with this GATE Score(sc category)? please suggest some good colleges on gate score for SC category?

Your expected rank will be arounf 7000 based on last year analysis...you can try for Punjab Engineering College,Thapar,DAB Indore etc ...beside this you can try for NIT's such as MANIT Bhopal as you belong to SC category so still there is a hope that you can get NIT if you apply forms and be careful towards forms date...
