Those candidate have completed graduation or post graduation from recognized university are applicable for B.Ed course.

Now every state announced that every govt schools should take teacher through B.Ed degree .

Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% . For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to above 45% marks.

Now in India there are so many B.ed college as per govt and private institute.

There is no age criteria so any one who holds the above criteria are eligible for B.Ed course.

Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection.

Hello,
You do not have an age limit for the B.ed. course. What you do need is a graduation completion and that too in a degree course. You can opt for B.Ed. whenever you want. Mostly colleges do not have any percentage criteria for B.Ed.For example, in IGNOU, you need to be a graduate to opt for B.Ed. only. Sometimes work experiences help you to get admission in the B.Ed. program. Also you need to clear an entrance examination for B.Ed. admission. If you do not pass that test, you will not be admitted in the course. This norm is same for all government approved universities. So go ahead.

B.Ed stands for Bachelor in Education which requires your graduation in any stream from any recognized college / university Candidates with at least 50-55% marks with two school subjects at the graduation level are eligible for admission.

B.Ed is an undergraduate academic degree which qualifies the graduate as a teacher in schools. The secondary teacher education programme, commonly known as B.Ed, is meant for preparing teachers for secondary /senior secondary schools.

B.Ed. programme shall be of a duration of at least one academic year.

Admission should be made either on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or in the entrance examination conducted by the University / State Government, as per the policy of the State Government / University, to which the institution is affiliated. There shall be reservation of seats for SC / ST / OBC, Women, etc. as per the rules of the concerned State Government.

Basically, there is no restriction in age as you can go for B.Ed course when you desire but must before 35 years, if you want to be a teacher.
