Hello Sir, I am from Munger, Bihar and I want to study BTech in Telangana. I belongs to an SC category student. So, what are the requirements for securing admission in BTech course in Telangana state? Kindly tell me immediately.

To get admission into Telangana engineering colleges, you will have to qualify anyone of the following entrance exams:
JEE Main Exam
JEE Advanced Exam (after qualifying JEE Main Exam)
TS EAMCET Exam

You may need following documents after qualifying the entrance exam:

• 10th & 12th Mark Sheet
• 10th & 12th Passing Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Domicile Certificate
• Admit Card (of qualifying entrance exam)
• Score Card (of qualifying entrance exam)
• Passport Size Photographs (2 to 5)

1. The beauty of our Indian Nation is that student of one state can study in other state. India is a federal country.

2. You can apply for Joint Entrance Examination or Telangana State Engineering Entrance Examination to get admission in good colleges of this state.

3. You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th and secured minimum of 65% marks in 12th board exam to apply for JEE.

B.Tech is Bachelor in Technology. It is four year course.

Candidates have to appear and qualify in entrance examination conducted by NTA as JEE or by private institutes.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main paper.

So, you are eligible to get admission in the course in colleges of Telangana after qualifying in entrance examination.

The requirements to secure Bachelor of Technology admission in Telangana for SC student of Bihar:

>>Candidate must have passed senior secondary board examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. To be eligible for JEE exam, SC candidates need to have at least 65% marks.

>>You need to have a good rank in Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test.

>>Without JEE or EAMCET rank, you can take admission through management quota in private engineering college based on percentage in PCM subjects.

The requirements to secure Bachelor of Technology Admission in Telangana:

Academic qualification: 12th passed from a recognized board with PCM subjects.

Minimum percentage of marks required is 65% marks.

Apply for exams like JEE, EAMCET etc and secure a rank to get admission in good engineering colleges of this state. You will not be able to get reservation benefits.

Candidates passed 12th from a recognised board in PCM ( Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics ) are eligible to appear in examination for admission in B.Tech course.

Entrance examination is conducted by various institutes and examination conducting body for the admission.

So, after qualifying in the entrance examination you are eligible to get admission in B.Tech course in colleges of Telangana. But, you will not eligible for any relaxation on SC category status in state government institutes.

Candidates passed 12th from a recognised board in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to appear in entrance examination for admission in B.Tech course and after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for admission in any state or abroad.

Admission in most of the institutes in India are offered on the basis of JEE Main or Advanced.

So, if you will score better in the examination you will become eligible to get admission in the institute of Telangana. Entrance examination is also conducted by numerous private institutes for admission in the course.

The first requirement is eligibility for Bachelor of Technology course:

~~Senior secondary board examination passed candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for B.Tech course.

~~Minimum of 65% marks required for SC candidates.

~~Second requirement is to apply for entrance exam for admission.

~~There are two exams called JEE Main and TS EAMCET. You can apply for any one and your rank will decide college and stream.
