i want an excellent impressive resume format for applying a job in tcs,being a student from civil department

As you know it is very thoughtful of you to join such good companies,but i think as you are from Civil background,there is less opportunity for you in IT industry, I think it will be good for you if you can go for Some PSU jobs,they pay high salary with secure jobs, as your four years of engineering knowledge will go waste if you are going for the IT industry.

For a great resume,you should be brief about the goals and objective stating it clearly, decorate nicely with your achievements and academic and co curricular activities. I aint meant preparing with colors, you should make it in such a way that it attracts the hirer.

Be good in your communication skills and have a good personality.
