Re: How to make a better resume? I am doing to appear for TCS interview
RESUME
Making a resume is very important in making a successful interview in any company what ever it is.In order to make a powerful resume as a fresher you need to consider the following constraints: As a fresher: >>First impression is the best impression, Believe me,the hirer dont want to read a long resume of 5-6 pages,be brief and precise, resume should be in 2-3 pages.Write your 10th,12th,graduate marks, aim and objective. >> Write about your academic achievements, sports, projects, co curricular and extra curricular, these are your strong points. >>Write about your particulars at last. >> Keep a strong point about the company profile also. For not freshers,it is all the same, you have to put the experience in any companies, and try to present yourselves with full confidence. Please look at the sample resume. Regards, yash |

Re: How to make a better resume? I am doing to appear for TCS interview
A resume is a brief reflection of your overall achievements in your life and tells the interviewer the way to perceive you. An impressive resume gives you a competitive edge to get qualified for an interview. Here are the following few tips that you should follow while preparing your resume:-
1) Keep it in mind the purpose of your resume. 2) Choose a basic font. 3) Make use of the right keywords to get identified on job portals. 4) Add your profile or objectives. 5) Use bulled sentences instead of paragraphs 6) Prepare your resume according to the functional area in which you are applying. 7) Use a resume template. 8) Avoid the use of information that may sound negative for the employer. 9) Don’t include irrelevant information and make your resume concrete. 10) Proofread your resume twice. |
