what after cmpleting the training at drdo????
what are our options for other companies??????

just add the training details in your resume and apply for job.

there are so many company. in which you prefer apply for that company to get the job. they will give preference as you have done training from DRDO if they required. if you have done any project from DRDO then also give it to resume. you may also try to get job in DRDO also. you have not mention your branch so i am unable to suggest you some company.

DRDO is a diffence oriented sector so a tranning in DRDO means u have a huge amount of chances in deffence sector like INDIAN ARMY,verious atomic research centers and DRDO itself is a very good option for you.

DRDO is a premier research orginization in india.they are more advanced in technical field.so you need not to worry, experience from them will be add an feather in your CV.

there are so many companies are there who give the proper valuation of training.so try them first.

Well you have not mentioned your qualification, but for B.Tech student you have completed the training in the DRDO then this will provides the high profile jobs in many multinational companies.
You may apply for civil services conducted by UPSC, so you can apply for government jobs as well as private sectors jobs.
You can also apply in reputed MNC's like IBM,TCS,CTS WIPRO and many more.... for more assistance you keep tracking the sites.

after training at DRDO, u can go for specialisation in your feild of interest or u can opt for job,either in DRDO or in other industry dependig upon your ability & skills. if u want you can uplaod your resume on various sites of jobs, u'll get many offers.

Just search a job and prepare your self for private sector as well as government
sector ..
because training does not provide you job
so prepare your self for basically written exam and GD/PI
