I am a CSE student.I have completed my 2nd sem.I want to join for summer courses.can you sugest the right courses (except C & C++) & the right institutes for undergoing the same.

C and C++ are considered as basic computer language(programming language) and as you know that there are very little possibility of getting a government job in cse.

Computer science is truly a private sector dependent branch and if you want to build career in software field then you should do following courses :

• C
• C++
• .NET
• ORACLE
• JAVA
• J2EE
• PHP

Apart from these courses you can go for Visual Basic ,SQL e.t.c

Please try to build concept rather than just joining different courses.The above mentioned courses are enough to provide you a good job.

hmmm.... it means U r not intrested in Programming Languages.

U can go for Web-Development Course, RHEL Certification, Networking, Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking etc Courses....

from my poinft of view, Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking is a gud option, coz it is fully intresting course n also have a bright future, as India has lake of Hacker's... so it cud be also taken as Profession...

Dear friend,

You have just completed your 2 nd semester so you can already read the C .

So my suggestion is to go for C++ because if you are comfortable in C++ then you have good chance for also JAVA language because both language are related to each other.

Maximum company preferred the JAVA language.

The other options are .NET .PHP ,ORACLE but when you have completed 2 nd year then you can go for those language.

hi friend.
u can do several type of courses which are very easy and for your bright future.
u can do programming courses in java,.net,php.
networking is also a good option.
u can also choose a course in computer oprating system like linux.
u can also choose a course for mobile operating system which is android.
these are several types of fields n courses for computer science student.

in my opinion you should join directly into the 2nd year of engineering. There is a lateral entry scheme. i think its the good option for you.you will get better career opportunities if you go for engineering degree than for a basic degree.There are also many job opportunity with good companies for diploma holders.
There are also various courses which are nice and you can go for it like :

Oracle
C,
C++
php
J2ME
you should choose accordig to your interest.ok .

i am also the b.tech computer science student.

i suggest you according to my own experience.

according to me,you should go for java not for dot net;otherwise it depends upon your interest and aim.

java has more scope than other languages.

java has bright future.after doing java,you can go for android after doing java in 6 week.

but if you want to go for networking side than i will suggest you to go for CCNA i.e.totally networking.

now it depends upon you that in which field you want to go.
