Yes, TCS, Infosys and Wipro offer Internship for CSE 2nd year students. You can always approach with a good area to them and they will train you.

But it is always advisable to go for internship after 6th semester. The knowledge you require to learn in internship, won't be enough if you decide to do internship in your 2nd year.

What can be really helpful is do a training program of one or two programming languages. This will enrich your knowledge and will help you in future.
