hello,
When you fill all details in part-1 registration you have to submit. Then you will enter into another page where you find mode of paying fee. There you will find pay in slip , click on it . Then you will get a challan form of Rs.50/- print it and pay the DD in any branch of SBI Bank.

hey i hav better solution ......... click on site upsconline.nic.in then online page will be open ,,,,,,, click on 'ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC'.... after click page wil open ...... then see at right top side .... click on option ' View / Print Application' after that fill your information n registration id....... then your part 1 page will open..... at bottom ... click on print pay slip.....etc etc n u wil get your challan form for fee payment ... and print it :)
