Scope of BA course with major Economics to get a good job?
I am studing BA with major in economics. I just want to know what scopes are there after BA with major in economics so that i can get a good job?

You do have some options like going for teaching in the school level, appearing for PSC, bank tests etc. If you want to specialise in the area of economics then you should pursue your masters in the same stream. After that you will have options like becoming a lecturer, research etc. If you wish to go in for the research stream then it is important that appear for the NET+JRF exam. If you wish to deviate from the stream then you can go in for an MBA too.

You need to be specific while seeking a job. What kinda job you are interested in? There are jobs for everyone here but you need to estimate your skills and potential first.
Being a graduate you can seek job in various sectors like - Defense, Banking, Insurance, Administrative jobs with GOI and state govt. and private jobs etc. |
