What is the scope of job for students belonging to M.A.Economics background????

You can apply for jobs in the government sector and also in private companies. You can apply for the lecture jobs after PG. You can attend the NET exam for that. You need to score at least 55% of marks in the PG level. You can also apply for bank jobs for positions such as Clerk, PO etc. You can also attend the various competitive exams which are conducted by the UPSC or SSC etc for various positions in different government departments.

Which jobs are available for economics hons in a banking sector other than clerk and PO?

WHAT IS THE JOB OFFERS OF M.A ECONOMICS?

ECONOMICS qualification is very much recognized in BANKING SECTOR ,INSURANCE SECTOR and INDIAN ECONOMICS SERVICES

and in TEACHING LINE as You can become Economics Teacher in school s and in colleges.

STOCK EXCHANGE is also a sector where post graduate in economics can look for great career/jobs opportunities as broker and market researcher etc .

Multinational Companies and Computer industries also hires Economics Post Graduates Candidates .

Otherwise

There are various other options available for you like you can seek jobs in RAILWAYS ,CIVIL SERVICES ,STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION even in DEFENSE.

Yes! For that you have to give an entrance test conducted by an university. One more condition is that you should be having maths as a subject in SYJC.

As I am a student of b.com EAFM hons. So will I eligible for MA economics after graduate
