I passed B.Sc from shobhit university in 2015 from distance .Is my degree valid for gov job?

I had completed my bcom from shobhit University in 2014 and now I cleared Tslawcet but Osmania University rejected my admission and saying that shobhit University is a fake University and admission cannot be accepted . If I contact shobhit University VC he is saying that their degree is valid.what to do In this case.
